The registration fee for Delegates, Authors, Student delegates, and Companions are shown as below.

(*) Students (undergraduates or postgraduates) shall provide a confirmation letter from a teaching staff member.

The registration fee includes the Conference Proceedings, participation to FAA’s Workshop or other Workshops, lunches, refreshments during session breaks, and Conference’s Gala dinner on Thursday night. It doesn’t include Saturday’s or Sunday’s post-conference tour(s).
The Companion fee includes the Gala dinner and supporting Conference material (excluding Conference Proceedings).
The Registration may be carried out online or at the Registration desk. Early bird registration, before 12th of April 2024, has the advantage of lower fees as shown above.

Registration desk operating hours during the works of the Conference:

Tuesday:            14:00 to 18:00 (at the reception area/lobby of Hyatt Regency hotel)

Wednesday:      08.00 to 18:30 (at the entrance of the Conference area)

Thursday:          08.30 to 18:00 (at the entrance of the Conference area)

Friday:               08.30 to 18:00 (at the entrance of the Conference area)
